The effort to promote and encourage social resilience for children is being conducted in the social resilience campaign to disaster affected children in LINGKAR sites. The sites are Dasilan Sub-Village, Srihardono Village, Pundong; Giriloyo Sub-Village, Wukirsari Village, Imogiri, Bantul District; Gunung Manuk Sub-Village, Salam Village, Patuk, Gunung Kidul District, Yogyakarta.

LINGKAR organized social resilience campaign activities within these three sites. Based on “I have, I can, I am” principles, LINGKAR encouraged and promoted resilience attitiudes in children to help the cope with daily difficulties, develop their self-confidence and adaptation ability. To achieve this, LINGKAR utilized various interactive media, such as drawing, colouring, and snakes-and-ladder games. Using drawing and colouring activities, children are encouraged to express their feelings and thoughts without fear or shame. In snake-and-ladder games, children learned to work together in team to solve problems and achieve mutual goals.
